Thank you for choosing the Infrapen Luminara. We stand behind the quality and durability of our device and are proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty, valid for up to 25 years from the date of original purchase.

By registering your device under your name and serial number, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

What’s Covered

• This warranty covers 100% of the cost of repair for any manufacturing defects or malfunctions in the Infrapen Luminara device.

• If the device is deemed not repairable, we will provide a replacement unit.

• Warranty coverage is valid as long as our company remains in business and in good standing.

Replacement Terms (If Device Is Non-Repairable)

If your device cannot be repaired:

• We will offer a replacement unit.

• A $65 shipping, handling, and processing fee will apply.

• We must receive your original device before the replacement is shipped.

Claim Limitations

• Warranty coverage allows for 1 claim per calendar year.

• If a warranty claim has already been processed, you must wait 12 full months from the last approved claim before filing another.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage due to misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications

• Cosmetic wear and tear

• Loss or theft

• Use outside of manufacturer guidelines

To activate this Limited Lifetime Warranty:

• Register your Infrapen Luminara by submitting the serial number under your full name.

• By doing so, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
